Charlotte People Search is a privately operated reference. It describes and links to public records, court indexes, directories, and lookup portals used to identify people in Charlotte, North Carolina. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government office, court, or custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site, or anything found through it, to:

- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
This site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any search tool available through it, is a consumer report.
